Joe Marsh was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I called him because his website said "We're responsive, no matter what!" The next day he returned my call. I filled him in on what I needed done and I realized that Spring is a busy time of year for landscapers and I had a small job. He told me up front that they have a half-day minimum charge and I agreed that was more than fair. I needed my two river birch trees, pruned and the soil around the trees needed to be worked up and re-mulched.

Joe then came out and accessed the situation in person and told me everything he would do to help the trees including adding some fertilizer spikes and some preen to control future weeds. I agreed to his plan and he texted me everything he said he would do in a text after he left. His service was 50% down and 50% when I was satisfied. He takes many methods of payment including credit cards, but note he charges a small fee if you choose to use a credit card. Again fair.

It took two trips to do everything because he had to use weed killer and give it time to work. Joe always called the night before he was going to arrive and then showed up right when he said he would. He also would text me videos of everything he was doing when I was at work. He's VERY thorough and a great communicator. The trees looked so nice after he was finished and he had a lot of great suggestions. I was really happy with all the TLC he gave them.

The kind of customer service Joe offers is rare these days. Even though my job was small, he gave it all his attention and then some. He's definitely going to be my go to guy for any future landscape or tree maintenance needs. I would recommend Joe as he is overall a great person and professional landscaper! P.S. my neighbor even snagged him up while he was here. :)

I had a tree fall from a recent storm that blocked our driveway. My chainsaw stopped working, the new one I bought was defective, so I started calling around. MPL was the only one to call me back. I sent him a video and he sent me a quote. Given the urgency as it was blocking my driveway he gave me a timeline and I received updates on that timeline. Throughout the project, I got updates from them. Now other services often times leave a mess or do the bare minimum. These guys cleaned everything up and stacked the wood up nicely. I highly recommend and will be using them again.
